PROJECT TITLE: AEROGLASS 4.0
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Thanks to the regional contribution, it was possible to lay the foundations for an important project of innovation of the company's production process. This project allowed to innovate the drying phase of glass fibers, through the introduction of a new furnace with 3 hot sections, including guillotine cutter and cooling system. The new plant is also equipped with a PLC control system for the programming and control of this specific work phase. The system, which fully complies with the requirements for the 4.0 goods, is interconnected with all areas of the company and allows to obtain a higher quality product by reducing the processing time, energy consumption and pollutant emissions.
The public contribution received, amounting to € 150,000.00, has allowed us to achieve the first results useful to increase the competitiveness of the company.
